In many cases, when you suffer with chronic pain, you feel better when you get off your feet and sit down. However, sitting down means that you must stand back up again. And, sitting down can be difficult because your pain is in your low back where all the pressure rests upon your lower discs.
In some cases, back pain can be eased by using a hot rice sock placed at the lower end of the spin. Warmth means that your discs loosen up and ease pain.

Simple exercises like walking can be helpful. Also, improve flexibility. Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain.
