I may not be a beauty queen, but I’m always beautiful in God’s eyes. Remember that when you try to lose weight and are exercising ‘til the cows come home. It’s easy to get zealous about losing weight and being at a healthy weight is important. But we have to try to not just make it about losing weight, but becoming healthier. That way you won’t become so discouraged when the scale doesn’t move. Do you struggle with believing you’re beautiful? Let’s talk about it.
