We compare ourselves to others and to what they have and we don’t, but there’s also another way we do comparisons: we also compare ourselves to our past. Stop doing comparisons to your past. Today can be one of your future “good ol’ days.” Turn around and look at all the areas in your life that are going well, not just those that aren’t. Finding hope can gather that rainbow when we see even a glimmer of something good on the horizon. Do you spend a lot of time thinking about the “good ol’ days?” I’d love to hear from you.
