Romans 12:12 - Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Where do you live? –- In the past filled with regret, or in the present where you’ve found hope. If you continue to focus on the past, especially if you blame yourself for what happened, it can be destructive to your life. But how do I pull myself out of the past? How do I Iet go of so many regrets? By believing that your present has hope. Hope is that rainbow in the sky. You can find the end of that rainbow when you have hope. Yes, you have to walk through the rain to reach it, but at the end of the rainbow your present is filled with color instead of the black and white of past regrets. Next time it rains, remember a rainbow will be shining down on you soon. Do you struggle with regrets and living in the past? Or, do you have the ability to stay away from focusing on the past and believe that there is still hope for you? I’d love to hear from you.
