Proverbs 2:6 - For the LORD gives wisdom, and from his mouth come knowledge and understanding.
Making decisions can be difficult if you don’t have much confidence in your ability to do so. Somewhere along the way in your life, you made some bad decisions. Maybe you were being pressured by someone and so you quickly picked what looked good. But you did so without following through the process and seeing what the result would be if you decided to go in that one direction. Another reason for having a hard time making decisions may be that when you were a young adult people criticized you for the decisions you made. Then the next time a decision crossed your path, you hesitated. By then your choices became limited as the time expired to make any kind of decision in the matter. We have someone on our side who will give us the wisdom we need when making decisions. God will build up your confidence as he leads you in the right direction. If you’re facing a decision right now whether small or important, take a moment to pray. God will answer the prayer of the one who trusts in him and will help you make the best decision.
