Physical pain can last a long time, and it can affect your emotional state as well. Realizing what is going on in your body can be a turning point to help you break the pain cycle. By being aware you can also bring your anxiety and fear to God. He will give you the wisdom you need to live with the body you have and will also bring peace to our hearts and minds. But if you keep it to yourself, your pain still doesn’t go away. The only way to live the life we’re living is to take our pain, both physical and emotional, to God and he will perform a miracle by comforting our hearts.
