1 Corinthians 11:31 - But if we were more discerning with regard to ourselves, we would not come under such judgment. Do you like yourself or are you constantly putting yourself down? “I’m not going to be able to do this.” “I’m less of a person because I worry so much.” “Who’s going to ever love me?” “What’s the point in trying to make new friends? I know my old friends don’t want to be around me anymore.” “You’re a failure.” “Just give up.” What we think about ourselves is important. We teach people how to treat us. If we treat ourselves badly, more than likely others won’t treat us much better. How do you treat yourself?
