Luke 6:31 - Do to others as you would have them do to you. Sometimes others blame you for the problems in their life, but did you know that if you’re not careful you can become the blamer. We each have the power in our hands to dig a ditch and lay down in it, but we don’t have the right to drag someone else down into that ditch with us. When you live with chronic pain, you may find that you not only have a lower energy level, but your emotions spew out all around you. Sometimes that spray is dousing your loved ones as well. Don’t let your pain bring pain to others. Talk to God about what you’re feeling. Let him know that you don’t want to hurt others with your words or actions, and he will help you think of others and not just yourself.
